Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

All Divine feathers hair sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Haircoloring Service

When you purchase our hair coloring service, we will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because every hair texture and grade of hair is different, I can't gaurantee hair color unless the hair is purchased directly from us. However, we will color any wig or bundles the customer brings to us and will match coloring as close as possible.

Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. All lace installs and all hair service payments are always due upfront before services are rendered. For hair services in store, we accept cash, cashapp, and zelle payments. We accept all major credit cards for any other items purchased. Customer must show id if using any credit cards in store. For online purchases, as soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed. If there are any errors or changes to your order please notify us immediately, we may be able to adjust your order. If we are unable to make the adjustment(s) we will need to cancel your order. If your order is canceled and depending on your financial institution, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your funds to become available again.

Local Pickups

If you are local and choosing to pickup, you can pay directly in our hair store for your order. You can reserve an item/s by sending payment via cashapp to $DivineFeathers. Taxes will be added to each order. All credit and debit card purchases in store will have to show an identification card.

Credit Card Fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have special payment processes in place to protect our clients against fraudulent transactions. 


Order Processing
Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, processing times may be impacted. Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST. Please allow us 2-4business days to process orders and payments. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement. Please note, at times USPS may experience shipping delays due to weather, in transit issues, etc. unfortunately this is out of our control. We will not reimburse shipping cost for delays caused by USPS.

Price and Quantity Limits: 
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order or any portion thereof after your receipt of order confirmation. 
In the event, that a product is listed at an incorrect price we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card is charged. If your card has been charged, we will promptly return the funds to your original form of payment.

Product Availability
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.


Product Exchange: 
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on hair. For exchange or refund on other products, Please return the original item using the return instructions provided through email, after you contact us. A new purchase can then be placed on our website. 

Once your item(s) have been received by us, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your return to be processed. As soon as we receive confirmation that the item(s) are in resellable condition we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment that was utilized for the purchase or send out a new product to you. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.

Return Policy
We maintain an extremely high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. From time to time, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) except for Wigs.

Any return(s) request after 15 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
Merchandise must be in original condition. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered in any way.
The product(s) must be sent back to us to process the return. Please contact us through email or text and follow the steps you will need to take to prepare your package for return.
 

Shipping Delays
For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information, we receive from our shipping partner USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.

 

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee USPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)
If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately at 954-706-2816 or email whitneyrobinson@divinefeathers.net We apologize for any inconvenience.

Lost Shipments:
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed for and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact us immediately We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation.

Policy Changes
Divine Feathers llc, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Limitation of Liability
Divine Feathers llc, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Divine feathers llc, will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Divine feathers llc is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Divine feathers llc is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Copyrights, And Other Rights

Images of people or places displayed on the Divine Feathers llc site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Divine Feathers. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the Divine Feathers llc site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product or service described in any document published by Divine Feathers llc on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Divine Feathers llc. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by Divine Feathers llc.
