Please allow up to 2-4 business days for accurate processing of order payments. Weekends and federal holidays are excluded.

 

We will email you a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Once your order has shipped it will be delivered within time frame 2-3 weeks. 

 

All colored wigs are custom made to order.

 

Items are shipped Monday to Friday.

Shipping times may get delayed for reasons out of our control, but our hair is 99% always on time within the time frame. Please check your tracking numbers for any updates.

All items are shipped from Usps, Fedex or Dhl and some items need signature required.

 

We are not responsible for the lost packages after successfully delivered by carrier service.(Tracking Code and Confirmation of delivery)
